Vacuum belt filter without rubberbelt

Two different systems are offered as semi continously operating vacuum belt filter:

1. Continoulsy running filtercloth with moving vacuum tray (HTH- Filter)

Advantages:

• consistent transport of the filter cake
• continous filter cake discharge
• even filter cake build-up
• good cake washing efficiency

2. Stationary vacuum tray with cyclic transport of the filter cloth

Advantages:

• because of stationary vacuum tray - no heavy moving parts - löwer force on the frame
• lower relative speed between filter cloth and vacuum tray
• freely selectable transport-length, -speed, -accele- ration per stroke by frequency inverter and microprocessor
