MTF Vacuum Beltfilter - Modular Design

The patented MTF - System (ModularTowerFilter) offers the following advantages compared to other belt beltfilter.

The required floor space is significant smaller compared to conventional horizontal vacuum belt filters
The modular design offers a significant price advantage
Customre profits from additional flexibility; For example a 10 m2 filter exists of 4 modules which can filter (and wash) different products simultaneously
Dewatering, re-slurrying and repeated dewatering can be executed continuously from top to bottom (gravity flow), without the installation of additional pumps
An expansion of the system can be done by simply adding one or more modules on top of each installed unit
Each modular filter can operate as a stand alone unit
On site installation of the MTF unit is very simple and can be done in a short time
The filter capacity of the MTF filter system can be adjusted by taking single modules out of production (to reduce the total filter area). This saves power at the vacuum pump.
